Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

What filings, licenses, and permits do i need to get in order to sell products, to include tobacco/hookah/shisha, on my e-commerse website? Currently all i have done is; filed for LLC Sole Prop, got an EIN from the IRS, and a business account with a credit union. Nothing else so far...

I imagine i need like a sales tax permit or something, especially something else too since its hookah/tobacco/shisha related... But i have no idea what is required.

You need an accountant and attorney to advise you as to the particular permits, registrations and licenses that you need for your particular location and the type of product that you are selling. You also need liability insurance. This is not a do-it-yourself project.
