I fix homes a lady gave me a check it bounce the week was half over before i found out it came back she owes 2 bills of 6000 i would like to put a lean on the home can i do this in indiana an how it is under 30 days

Yes, you can place a lien on the house. You can go to the Indiana Code and look up the procedure on how to file, or hire an attorney to draft and file a mechinics lien. Save some time and obtain a copy of the deed for the house from the local courthouse as a legal description and parcel id number will be needed.
