i just found out my employer didn't pay the health insurance premiums and he has filed bankrupcy. What can I do?

You need to file a claim in the bankruptcy proceeding for the premium payments. It would be best if many employees did this together and hired an attorney to do it correctly. It's possible, but not certain that the health insurance premium could be considered a priority claim, which could increase the chances of it being paid out of the assets. In any case, you should immediately pay your own premiums and don't get your hopes up too high that the employer's assets will cover the premium.
