about the Franchise Atorney Fee

Hi

I'm wondering how much the Franchise Attorney Fee is in Motor Vehicle industry? My boss asked me to inquire it cause he's planning his franchise business plan. How much is the hourly rate and how long would it take to get all done upon your estimate?

There is no set fee. Attorney fees vary from firm to firm and from attorney to attorney. What an attorney will cost depends on the work needed to be done. I suggest that you start calling attorneys. If your boss wants the attorney to create the UFOC and the franchise agreement and do all the filings with the Secretary of State and the FTC and the Patent and Trademark Office, I suggest that the not estimate below $10,000.00.
