Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
a friend of mine was raped and took time off from work. her case worker put in her file she was to be off 3 and a half weeks but she was ready to go back after to go back a week in a half due to her finacial situation but the company wouldnt let her. she applied for time off paid and the company best buy refused to pay her saying it wasnt life threating. she was going through emotional stress shouldnt the company be obliged to pay her for her time off/
