Being held to a contract
I just reasently went into a contract with a company. I'm not happy with the company and reasently found out that the reprsentive for the company who also sign the contract was under age at the time of her signing it. I know that you can't go into a contract and be held too it if you are under age, but can I be held to it with the rep. being under age?

The first issue would be to determine what the nature of the contract is. In other words, is it for goods, services or both; what type of goods or services and the other terms as well.
In this case, the age of the company representative is important as to whether it would be reasonable for one to take the person seriously enough to have relied on representations made by them. Age alone of this person may not be enough to to avoid enforcement of the contract.
A totality of the circumstances will really need to be examined.
