Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
homeowner association dues
I received a bill the states ''2007 annuals dues $135.oo''.
A week later I received a letter stating that our invoice is a mistake and that another $135.00 would be due in 6 monthes.
Since I have paid my dues and thought that they were paid for the entire year, am I responsible for the dues that will be billed in 6 monthes from now?

Re: homeowner association dues
People make mistakes. They corrected it promptly. It is your obligation under your agreement with the Association to pay all of your dues. You have not been harmed by their mistake. You should pay the dues.
