Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I sent my Homeowners Assoc. a notice via email for collection on work they are responsible for. I'm in Indiana. Normally I wouldn't consider this a valid notice, but they responded via email clearly indicating they had received my notice....is this now considered a valid notice since they responded?

Depends upon what your association covenants define as notice. Do your homework.
