Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Can a a Hospital my company sells to tell all competing vendors( including myself )they will only pay a certain price for a product? Basically taking all competition away and fixing the price to what they are willing to pay?

Sure. The hospital is merely taking a tough negotiating stance. You are free to refuse its terms. If all of your competitors do likewise, then the hospital will have to reconsider its position.

(My answer assumes that you don't already have a contract with the hospital that requires it to keep buying the product at a higher price.)
