Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
The hospital I work at has a policy to keep all contract records forever even though the statute of limitations on written contracts is 10 years or less. What's the reason for this?

It's hard to say. Some companies have internal reasons, other than legalities, for keeping copies of records.
