Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Can identity theft and identity fraud be applied to organizations? We are a not for profit group and have found that another group is using our name, our reputation and our Employer Identification Number. We have to figure out how to stop them.

Yes, it can apply. There are a number of things you need to do. The first is to file a police report. Also, run a credit report.
