Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Indiana resident. Ok, so If email (even if you can prove that it was received by the other party) is not considered notice, then what is? in this particular case IC 32.25.5-5.10 doesn't define what constitutes acceptable notice, so is there an overriding Indiana statute that defines notice when a particular section is silent on the issue. Feel free to give a a little more info or detail than a one word answer.
