What is the statue of limitation in Indiana for breach of contract. the contract is a insuranc homeowner policy.

Ten years is the usual statute of limitations for a written contract, but I suggest contacting the insurance commissioner.

ten years, unless the policy provides otherwise. Also, read the policy thoroughly, there may be notice and arbitration provisions.
