Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Hello,
I'm am involved in a retail partnership. Things are not going well with my partners and i wish to leave. We do not have a formal partnership agreement and I would like to know what my rights are and what the best avenue to pursue would be.

There are statutory rules and regulations which govern a partnership when there is no written agreement. They are too detailed to explain in a small space. You had best consult with a corporate attorney for your particular situation.
