Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am a laborer for a lawn maintence LLC and I usually work over 40 hours a week. My boss has not paid me or any of the other employees any overtime. He has gotten around this by tell us that he and his accountant call any hour over 40 a commissioned hour, but I am paid the same wage rate and am taxed harder because I am working more hours. Is this legal?
