Is it legal to buy items using your discount at your store currently employed to and reselling them on an online store for more?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. A manufacturer has the absolute right to control who sells their products. So any re-sale by an unauthorized person would be trademark infringement, among other things. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
