Is it legal for a dentist to charge you for your x-rays that your insurance paid for

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. If the insurance paid 100% of the x-ray charges, then you should not owe any more. If they paid a lesser amount, say 90%, then you would owe the difference. Bring the issue up with your dentist - it may have been a simple billing error. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
