Generally speaking, a restaurant can choose to serve whomever they want to as long as a denial is not based on ethnicity, age, sex, race, religion etc.

If a public restaurant denies you service while serving all other visiting members of public, it is DISCRIMINATION.
Cause a lawyer notice to be issues for reason and apology and not to repeat the act and ask for damages and then file law - suit for damages.
