Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
legal right to sell a product
I am to meet with QVC reps next week. It says I need to have legal rights to sell a product. I designed the product myself. What does it mean/involve to have legal rights?

Re: legal right to sell a product
I am not sure. However, I hope that you have a patent for the product. If so, you have legal rights.
