Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
is it legal for the teamster to put restrictions on the type of work i can do ?i want to collect my pension. and the teamsters are telling me i can only do certain jobs. i live in a ''right to work ''state. the union is saying once i am retired there are certain jobs i cant do any more. and if i do them they will stop my pension checks.

All of your rights, duties, limitations, responsibilities are spelled out in detail in the documents which you signed when you joined the Teamsters. Refer to those papers. If you do not understand them, take them to an attorney for an interpretation.
