As a Franchise Attorney I don't understand your question. If you mean legal time spent on writing a demand letter or bringing an action to collect on the invoice, that's another matter. Typically, attorneys fees are not due unless agreed to by the parties in the underlying contract. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
