My limited liability corporation went out of business, can my landlord file suit against me personally?

unless you personally signed or guaranteed the lease and assuming your llc was valid, then he should not be able to hold you personally responsible. if he sues he can name whomever he wants and if he does name you personally you should obtain a reputable lawyer in your area to defend you personally.
