Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Hi, I live in Indiana and have been told that unless stated otherwise when hired that one cannot be scheduled less than 10 hours week. Furthermore, that the employer may not cut an employee's hours once posted without getting permission or at the least noting that it has been done. Is this all true?
