Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
LLC company
My husband and I would like to make our company an LLC company. We are owner operators of semi trucks. My husbands ex wife says she can go after the company and take the assets of the business because of a couple of medical bills she thinks he still owes her. Can she do this if we both own the company?

Re: LLC company
She cannot take the LLC's assets but she can attach your husband's interest in the LLC.
