Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am a member of a non profit organization in Indiana. Our group voted in the president and the CEO was a founder of our group. The board is made of the president & a couple. Some people left the group because they voted for a different president, and the couple on the board also wanted the same president that lost, so voted both the CEO & president out of their positions, never asking anyone who stayed in the group their opinions. They plan on bringing those that left in and making them board members. Is this legal?

It depends upon what the bylaws provide. However, it is usually within the power of the board to retain or dismiss officers.
