mileage
When your employer gives you a car allowance can you charge them mileage?
This allowance is to replace our all expenses paid company vehicles.

You can ask, but ab sent a contract or an agreement, probably not. However, you should talk to your accountant about how to effectively show that allowance and anything you can charge off of it on your taxes.
