Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have taken a two month salary advance and will not get a paycheck for two months. Sometime in next month I will be garnasheed . Will it be the check in two months when garnashment will start?

A garnishment goes into effect against your wages as they become due and owing. Most likely, in this case, the monies will be withheld by your employer from your next paycheck after the garnishment order is received. However, you should check with your employer to make sure that they don't have a different interpretation or understanding.
