Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Non Compete Agreement
Company has requestedthat I sign--name removed--new employment, non-disclose and non-compete agreement. As an admnistrative assistant, hr asst, I need to know how this can affect me should my employment end. This just looks too intense for my office position.
Would like to send agreement for review if possible.

Re: Non Compete Agreement
If your employment ends, it would effect your ability to find employment in a similar industry. I will be happy to review the document, but would require a fee for doing so as that goes far beyond what this forum provides.
Respectfully,
Burton
Re: Non Compete Agreement
It does sound odd for an office position. Yes, you do need to have an attorney read the agreement but that will cost you. This service is not set up for reviewing documents for free.
