If i have a noncompete contract in Indiana does that hold up in court or would i get sued

Any attorney will say you can get sued regardless of whether or not the noncompete ultimately holds up in court. The normal rule is noncompetes must be reasonable in time, geographic scope and prohibited activity to be enforceable. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
