Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
How can I open a "for profit" pet store for rescued animals, yet be able to collect donations as a tax deductible to the donors? Is there a way to have the for profit business, and a small charity attached for vetting/supplies for the rescued animals?
Thank you!!

You cannot mix the two without a lot of difficulty. People who rescue animals are not supposed to be running that as a profit business.
