When you're opening a personalized gift business, what are the contingencies for selling a name brand gift that I personalized, even though I purchased the item with my own money? (Example: I bought a Nike T-shirt, embellished it and put it on my website & sell it as a personalized gift) ThanX

Using the Nike logo, as part of a business sale, may violate patent and copyright laws. Best not to do that without their permission.
