Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Opening a teen night club
Im opening a teen night club in March. It is on the second floor of an Eagles lodge, and it is completly seprate from the downstairs lodge that has a active bar. Now I was told that since the teens were 13 to 17 , we had to do some sort of regisration, or permission slip with parnets signature, this is also why we are not letting 18 yr old come, but i would like to change that if we dont have to do reagisrtaton. Ive seen other teen clubs just let teens come in as well as parents. But Can we get away with just doing School ID's and skipping all the paperwork? There will be staff the whole night.

I am not aware of any state statute on this. It may be a local ordinance.
