In contract negotiations, what court will the parties go to if they are from different states? The two parties are from Indiana and Ohio.

That depends on whether the contract has a forum clause or choice of law clause, where the contract was entered into, where the contract was to be performed, where the contracts were signed, etc.
As you can tell, this is not a simple issue. You need to hire an attorney and have a consutlation.
