Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am part of a organization that has bylaws. In the bylaws it states that an associate member has the same privlages as afforded to a regular member with the exception of voting privleges and cannot hold an office. It also states in another section that any amendment in direct conflict with the sections of incorporation shall be null and void. We are a police K9 org. Does this mean that an associate member has the same right to the certifacation of there dog as a regualr member has. If so how do we change the rule?
