Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
We are a not for profit with several documents that need signatures. We are wondering if we make a signature page and reference the said document and have the client sign one page, is the documents still legal and binding.....please advise!

Yes, a multiple page document can be legally signed at one page. However, preferred practice is to have the signing party initial and date each page so that there is never any question about what was signed.
