Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
proving a fax has been sent 2
asking an ALJ at unemployment shouldn't take more than a week or two but that leaves 401(k) stuff, IDEM, and several depts at EPA, etc. Isn't there a precedent for this? (formerly 1601 Holly Lane)

I have never had to address the issue that concerns you, so have not had the need for precedence. You can try and research the Federal Register and the Indiana Administrative Code to see if there is a posting on your issue. You can also try an online fax service. You will more easily be able to prove the contents of the fax that way.
