puppy deposit
i recieved a deposit for a puppy, the buyer changed his mind and wants his deposit back. my web site states deposits are non refundable. do i have to return the deposit?

If that was the contract, then that was the contract. You might want to get a lawyer to review your contracts.

It sounds like you are ok. However, without having the benefit of seeing the exact language of your website and contract, I can not be definitive.
