Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I'm a purchasing agent who was recently terminated. I suspect the company that let me go is still using my digital signature on purchase orders which are considered legal binding documents. Do I have any legal recourse to sue them for fraudulently signing my name to documents after I was no longer with the company?

it's not the answer you want to hear but probably not unless you become objectively damaged by it. if you have reason to believe it is doing that at worst you should simply send a polite note requesting that it stops the practice. i say "at worst" because at some point you will be listing them on a resume or a prospective employer will contact them and you might want to try and maintain a decent relationship. there is an old saying that you never want to burn bridges because you may need to cross back over that bridge someday. good luck.
