Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Reinstating a dormant corporation
In 1985 I created an Indiana corporation to provide technology goods and services. During the same year I moved to Missouri and the Indiana business was suspended. Now I want to start the same technology goods and services business in Missouri. Can I reinstate\reactivate the Indiana corporation? Or, should I incorporate in Missouri?
