Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
We are renting a building for a business. The landlord got mad becuase the door is easily broken inti. I have tried to fix it but it is still not right. The landlord has placed a padlock on the door and told us we were finished. She will not let us get in to building until we pay $175.00 of back rent. Can she legally keep us from going in to pick up our stuff?

I suggest that you hire local counsel. It sounds like you may have a cause of action.
