Repercussions of terminating employee contract
Hello, legal gurus! I'm looking for a confirmation of my understanding of an employment contract I signed. It's my understanding that, if I give 30 days' notice, no legal action can be taken against me. If I give less than that, then I could be sued. Can someone please confirm or correct my understanding? I think that you are asking a bit much to request an attorney to review a 6 page document on Law Guru.
I suggest that you consult with a lawyer in person and pay a minimal consultation fee.
