Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
retail installment contract and security agreement
Is there a time limit on an installment contract and security agreement? I do not see anything in the contract. I have read it from top to bottom and back to front.

Written contracts generally have statutes of limitations. I am not sure what question you are asking about the agreement. You should have an attorney review the agreements and discuss all of the circumstances with you.

There should be boxes at the top of the installment contract showing how much you borrowed, how the credit costing and the time period. These are the Truth in Lending boxes. If they are not there, take the contract to an attorney.
