Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I revived a cash advance from my forme employer to buy a new car. Upon leaving he demanded the car and title. The title is in mine and my husbands name. We have gotten a loan against the car. I have offered him payments and he refuses them. What are my options?

The advance is most likely viewed as a loan. If the employer won't be reasonable, you had best, take this to an attorney so that he can negotiate a proper resolution for you.
