Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Ruling on motion for release of funds
My company has funds that were directed to an escrow account in federal district court pending the outcome of an arbitration ruling. Our attorneys filed 2 motions to have the funds released back to us after the hearing but the federal judge apparently has not ruled on these motions. Our attorneys say there is nothing more that can be done and there is no way to check on the status. The arbitration hearing ended 11 months ago. Is there any method by which we can find out when the ruling will take place?

none, other than to have the attorney check with the law clerk or secretary
