Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I run a website with advertisers. If I have a special level of advertising that is only available if they agree not to advertise on my competitor's site, is that considered (legally) anti-competitive?

No, it's not anti-competitive in the strict sense. But you had best reduce your agreement into writing.
