Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have a new safety product designed to assist police officers enforce the move over law. I currantly have a patent pending on this product and a few prototype parts. My question, is there a state or federal agency that governs police agencies concerning the safety of their employees that I should contact with this information so they can deternine if this device should be considered mandatory on all police vehicles.
