Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am a salesperson at a company and one of our employees damaged a vehicle while installing some graphics. Since I am the sales rep for that customer, my employer is making me pay for the majority of the damages. Can they do this in the state of Indiana?

It is improper for your employer to charge or assess you for something which is not your doing or your fault.
