if you sell a car on a promissory note, what are the sellers rights if buyer does not pay?

the terms or the promissory note and the uniform commercial code as codified into the indiana statute will govern. you should contact a reputable lawyer in your geographic area. the real issue for you will be weighing the amount owed plus the liklihood of revocering it vs the costs to get it. you also may be able to go to small claims court depending on the amount. good luck.
