Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Selling Baked Goods and Candies
Hello! I was wondering if it's legal to sell baked goods and/or candies door to door and on the street without a license. If not where does someone look to obtain such licensing or permits?

You need to look at local and state ordinances. If you are in an incorporated municipality, talk to the cvity or town, if unincorporated, the county. Don't forget the state for sales taxes.

This will be something that ought to be covered in your local ordinances. Start with your local health department.
