If I sign a contract with a company, send the signed contract to the company, but never get or even see a signed copy from the company, even though I get the job, is the contract legally binding?

A contract can be binding even if unsigned if the parties intended to enter into an agreement and if they've both been acting according to the terms of the contract. If you have a problem with the job, try discussing your issues with your employer or supervisor first. Then, if matters can't be peacefully resolved, consult with an attorney before taking any unilateral action such as quitting.
